Summary

One day the Grinch decided to take the jolly holidays from the people of Whoville. The Grinch hates Christmas and he hates the cheery Who’s in Whoville even more. On Christmas Eve the Grinch couldn’t take it and he decided to take Whoville’s special holiday away. The Grinch, dressed in a Santa suit, went house to house, stealing all the decorations from inside the homes of the Who’s.

Characters

• The Grinch is nothing but trouble. Someone with a small heart, and a lifetime of bitterness that has led to a deep hatred of Christmas. He tries to take this away from the Who’s. 
• Cindy Lou Who is a little Who has a love for Christmas and wants to bring everyone joy. She has a jolly spirit and is the only one brave enough to talk to the Grinch. She wants to help the Grinch find joy in this holiday season. 
• Max is a loyal dog that always stays by the Grinch’s side. He is the Grinch’s partner in crime and follows him along on his reckless plots for vengeance.  

Do I Recommend 

This movie is a classic. When the holiday season is creeping around I love to put on this movie. I love the Grinch’s bitter personality and the way his character grows. I like how Cindy Lou Who, a small jolly girl, helped the Grinch slowly lose his hatred of Christmas. This wholesome movie takes you on the journey of the Grinch’s hatred for Christmas to slowly beginning to love it.
