His favorite staple pieces include Nike Tech pants and white Air Forces, and he likes to get clothes from Nike or the Goodwill bins.
Georgia Gilbertson (‘28) loves thrifting and said that they get style inspiration from their mom. They like getting clothes at thrift shops and often picks up pieces at Nordstrom. Gilbertson is wearing a thrifted sweater tee and a black skirt from Old Navy, paired with Doc Marten boots, a necklace from their mom, a bandana from a friend, earrings from their cousin, and glasses. One winter staple that they believe everyone should have is a “good, cozy sweater.”

His accessories include a carabiner, chunky rings, and a bracelet stack featuring an Italian charm bracelet. One winter staple he can’t live without is his North Face Retro Nuptse puffer, and his favorite places to get clothes are Crossroads and Goodwill on the Ave.

He accessorized with rings bought at the Fremont street market, and 2 necklaces: one from his mom, and the other thrifted in Wenatchee. In response to favorite winter staple, Carlos said “I love me a pair of fuzzy socks”, and added that basics for layering can add complexity to an outfit while keeping you warm.
