Joe “Freaky” Friedman is well renowned food critic and successful journalist. He is respected the world over, and for sure will get a Pulitzer soon! You might know him from the famous film ratatouille where he famously critiqued Remi’s special dish. After spending so much time in Paris for the filming of the film he picked up a passion for chimney sweeping. He now regularly sweeps Wallingford’s chimneys under the blanket of night.
